Same Day Cancellation/No Show In case of a cancellation, we do require a 24-hour notice to avoid losing your appointment. Same day Cancellations and no shows will result in a $25-100 fee depending on services requested at the time of booking. If for some reason the card on file cannot be charged or does not process, a deposit will be required to reschedule ANY future appointments. After two no-show incidents, your account will be notated, and you will be required to walk in for your appointments or pay 50% of your service total in advance. All walk-in appointments are on a first come, first served basis.
